Die Cast Machinery specializes in the sale of all items used in high pressure die casting foundries. This includes used (second hand) ABB Foundry Robots, we commonly stock models IRB 1400, IRB 2400, IRB 4400, IRB 6400 and IRB 6600; most of our used ABB robots feature either ABB S4CPlus controls or ABB IRC5 controls. The majority of our robots are foundry rated and are used in die casting applications and foundry applications. While most of our units are six axis robots, we do sometimes have seven axis units; the seventh axis is usually linear slide so that the entire robot can approach a die cast machine to extract the casting and then move away for secondary operations like cooling, trimming and machining.
